How to Avoid Cancer
Cancer is very dangerous disease, which can affect humans, animals and plants. According to the American Cancer Society, 7,6 million people died from cancer in the world during 2007. Many researchers think that the risk of cancer can be minimized. On the other hand, there are some opinions that it cannot be minimized.
Research carried out by Harvard University showed one third of the seven million cancer deaths in the world could have been avoided if the victims had eaten sufficient fruit and vegetables, refrained from smoking, consumed less salt, sugar and oil, done more exercises, cut down on red meat consumption and watched their weight.Overindulgence in unhealthy habits is the key factor for cancers.                                                                                                                                               7
However, some doctors say cancer is a multi-factor disease. It's a combination of environmental factor and family history. There is no clear definition to pinpoint the exact risk factor. There is no guarantee that a person who rigidly follows good health procedure will not suffer from cancer or vice versa.
This is a very subjective issue. Therefore, people who totally ignore the healthy lifestyle are advised to give up or at least reduce their unhealthy habits before it's too late. Following a healthy lifestyle by occasionally eating less red meat, deep fried food or ice cream is not going to hurt them. To prevent is better than to cure, so go for a clinical check up regularly. Consult a doctor immediately. If cancer is detected earlier, there will be a better chance of cure.

a.       Those who follow a good lifestyle will not suffer from cancer.
b.      Cancer is a multi-factor disease, and there is no guarantee that people who have a good lifestyle will avoid this disease.
c.       Harvard University says cancer is a family-related disease.
d.      The impression that people who smoke and drink outlive people who don't.
e.       Too much smoking is bad for health.

40. What are the three factors that contribute the risk of cancer ?
a.       Fruit, meat and alcohol.                    d.  Deep fried food, red meat and exercise.
b.      Salt, fish and smoking.                     e.  Ice cream, oil and apples.

National exam becomes the hot topic in most of discussions. Though the supreme Court has  rejected an appeal by the government on the organization of the national exam, the controversy over whether it is necessary to maintain the national exam (UN) has continued. Some debates include the primary questions such as : Does the quality of the Indonesian education system worsen without national exam ?
People, who support the national exam, explain that the quality of the Indonesian education system will drop without the national exam, so they try to defend the current system.

Shrek Forever after is a 2010 American animation fantasy-family film. It is also the fourth and final installment in the Shrek film series, despite early development to make a fifthfilm.
Shrek grows tired of his life as well as the fact he feels he isn’t “ a real ogre” anymore. Rumpelstilskin meets Shrek  and offer him a day to feel like a real ogre again, in exchange for day from Shrek’s childhood. Shrek agrees and signs the contract. Rumpelstilskin declares that within 24 hours, Shrek, having been never born, will be completely erased from existance.
Shrek is able to escape from his confinement and rescues Donkey (Eddie Murphy), who worked as a pack mule.Donkey is able to deduce by folding the contract paper that exit clause of Rumpelstilskin’s contract is true love’s first kiss before 24 hours run out. The two stumble upon a secret community of warrior ogres led by Fiona, who dismisses Shrek’s attempt to reconsile with her. Shrek’s also find Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas) now Fiona’s pet who has retired from swordmanship and is now obese.
Shrek and Fiona defeat Rumpelstilskin but the 24 hours have already passed for Shrek, who begins to fade into thin air. Just before he does so,Fiona kisses Shrek, now truly in love with him, and break Rumpelstilskin’s contract and her curse. The alternate reality falls apart and the true timeline is restored with Sherk roaring in his frustration back at the birthday party. After Shrek embraces Fiona again and thanks her for saving him from his old life alone in the swamp, they and all their family and friends including the ogre army, celeberate the ogre babies’ first birthday in a larger party which includes Rumpelstilskin, now held prisoner and tormented by the piper.
My opinion about the film, this is the best Sherk of all them and that’s no fairy tale. It is hilarious and heartfelt  from start to finish. Everyone involved fulfills his or her job requirements adequately. That’s why, seeing this film is highly recommended.
