SOLO POS GOES TO SCHOOL (Prog Solo Pos ke SMAN 1 Girimarto)

Girimarto. Voice of Wonogiri. (VoW). Bukan kebetulan. Ini memang rezeki luar biasa. Karena SMAN 1 Girimarto terpilih menjadi objek beramal dari Solo Pos untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis khususnya di bidang jurnalistik. Tepatnya Sabtu tanggal 8/12/2012, pukul 09.15 pagi sampai selesai. Luar biasa kemeriahannya.

Dimoderatori oleh moderator yang lumayan kocak yakni MasKatno Giri, acara berlangsung dengan efektif. Sehingga belum sampai dluhur sudah selesai.

"We are the champion"Itulah yel-yel di tengah-tengah workshop kepenulisan. Diharapkan  oleh awak SOLOPOS para siswa mampu penjadi  juara kepenulisan.

Acara SOLOPOS GOES TO SCHOOL merupakan salah satu bakti sosial SOLO POS ke sekolah-sekolah. Kepedulian  ini patut diacungi jempol, mengingat kemampuan menulis dan minat baca  di kalangan pelajar   perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius.

Di bulan ramadlan  yang lalu  beberapa siswa SMAN 1 Girimarto diundang dalam  rangka work shop  kepenulisan, itulah yang disampaikan oleh Maskatno Giri kepada pimpinan rombongan sekaligus  anggota tim redaksi SOLO POS yang dipanggil mbak Niken.

Acara SOLOPOS GOES TO SCHOOL diakhiri dengan pembagian hadiah untuk kategori  hasil kepenulisan berita  yang bagus  dan juga  pemilihan close up foto oleh photographer SOLO POS. Sebagai pamitan  para peserta diajak oleh mbak Niken menyanyi bersama  dengan judul 'Some one like you" .

Pada akhirnya,  setiap orang tak bisa menghindari perjuangan. Itu baru proses berjalan.

Proses pemikiran pun juga demikian. Kita dilatih berpikir sederhana di lingkungan keluarga, mengenal bapak -ibu dll. Lalu, berkembang ke lingkup yang lebih  luas. Lebih luas lagi dan berkembang terus sesuai waktu berjalan.

Setiap orang ingin menjadi berhasil atau istilahnya menang dalam perjuangan. Menang identik dengan sukses, menang melawan kemalasan, menang melawan kelemahan, menag melawan keburukan dll.  Intinya orang yang malas berjuang tidak akan pernah  sukses.

Don't worry be happy !. Itulah nasihat guruku. Manusia itu penuh kelemahan dan kekurangan. Namun, Allah itu Maha Kuat   dan Kuasa. Dengan niat positif dan tanpa menyerah untuk menimba ilmu, pasti Allah Maha Penolong.

Kita saksikan, banyak pemberitaan waktu sekolah dan kuliah sok idealis  dan aktifis. Mereka lengah menjauh dari nilai-nilai Ilahi akhirnya terpuruk. Apakah kita ingin jatuh seperti mereka?. Tidak lah Yau.

Kini,  kita  mestinya mengingat-ingat kembali nasihat bapak-ibu guru/ ustadz dan ustadzh/ kyaidan nyai, mereka  telah mengatakan bahwa, kita bisa menjadi pemenang alias sukses jangka panjang dengan syarat sbb:
1. Kitadibantu oleh kekuatan Allah dan para pendukungnya
2. Kita tetep berpijak pada nilai-nilai kebaikan dan kebenaran
3. Kitatermasuk penjaga integritas dan apa adanya
4. Kita mengendalikan hawa nafsu
5. Kita menjadikan hidup orang lain lebih berarti
6. Kita pembelajar sejati, baik dengan sahabat maupun musuh sekalipun.
7. Kita pemicu bagi orang lain menjadi  lebih baik
8. kita penuh inovasi ,inspirasi dan refleksi diri

9. kita  selalu didoakan orang tua kita  dan oleh orang-orang baik

KEGIATAN ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION TRAINING SMAN 1 Girimarto

Achievement Motivation Training yang Luar Biasa  di SMAN 1 Girimarto

Girimarto.Voice  of Wonogiri . Achievement Motivation Training (AMT)  diselenggarakan di lab kimia SMAN1 Girimarto 6/12/2012. Acara tersebut di pandu oleh trainer dari alumni  sastra Inggris UNS ibu Nofrida dan alumni UNY bapak Muhani. Sedangkan,  yangmenjadi moderator  maskatno Giri dan bp Syamsu Ahmad Nur.

“We are the pioneer, we are the champion” Itulah  yel-yel  meriah yang diucapkan secara bersama-sama. 

Acara AMT memang baru sebatas untuk kelas ICT, karena keterbatasan ruang . Namun, untuk kedepannya acara semacam  training motivasi tersebut akan dikembangkan di semua kelas, demikian diungkapkan salah satu staf pengajar SMAN 1 Girimarto.

Inovasi dan kreasi tiada henti itulah yang menjadikan kata-kata penggugah bagi para pengajar di SMAN 1 Girimarto. Yang jelas, staf pengajar di SMAN 1 Girimarto kompak menyatu untuk memajukan satu-satunya SMA yang ada di kec. Terpencil di kab. Wonogiri. 

Kegiatan awal AMT diselenggarakan  merupakan salah satu ungulan  kegiatan  untuk memeriahkan HUT SMAN 1 Girimarto. Kegiatan  pelatihan tetap akan dilaksanakan di hari-hari mendatang. Sedangkan untuk sabtu 8/12/2012,para siswa SMAN 1 Girimarto akan mendapat pelatihan jurnalistik dari Solo Pos dalm  SOLO POS Goes to school.

DIBUTUHKAN PENDIDIK YANG MENGINSPIRASI

Pada hakikatnya kita  tanpa kecuali adalah guru atau pendidik. Pendidik untuk  istri, anak-anak dan siapa saja yang membutuhkan kita. 


Sebagai pendidik membutuhkan  kesadaran untuk mendidik. Karena  kita memiliki tanggung jawab atas masa depan keluarga, masyarakat , bangsa dan negara. 
Kesuksesan pendidikan ditentukan bekal pengetahuan dan niat kebaikan sebagai pendidik, berikut bekal sederhanasebagai pendidik:

KOMEDI PENDIDIKAN (dikutip dari opini KOMPAS 24-11-2012 oleh RUMONGSO)

Di samping tragedi pendidikan sebagaimana ditulis Sidharta Susila, pendidik dari Muntilan, dua bulan lalu di rubrik ini, dunia pendidikan kita juga menghasilkan komedi.

Komedi satir atas dunia pendidikan di Indonesia muncul dalam banyak hal sehingga timbul dugaan bahwa pemerintah tidak memiliki desain besar untuk mengelola dunia pendidikan. Wacana demi wacana bermunculan tanpa ada eksekusi akhir yang komprehensif sehingga tidak menimbulkan korban: guru, anak didik, dan masa depan bangsa.

Pendidikan Karakter

Saat generasi muda ditengarai kehilangan jati diri sebagai manusia Indonesia, pemerintah memunculkan wacana pentingnya pendidikan karakter bagi anak di- dik. Guru diminta menanamkan sikap dan budi pekerti yang luhur kepada anak didik: jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, cinta tanah air, kerja sama, dan seterusnya. Ini lelucon yang tidak lucu sebab seolah-olah pemerintah mengabaikan peran membentuk karakter anak didik. Sudah jadi tugas seorang guru menanamkan sikap dan budi pekerti yang luhur kepada anak didik.

Guru dianggap tukang sulap: mampu membuat sesuatu dalam sekejap. Ia juga dianggap tukang servis mental bagi anak didik. Padahal, luntur, rapuh dan hilangnya jati diri serta karakter anak didik bukan disebabkan kelalaian guru. Ini masalah sangat kompleks dan tak dapat sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada guru untuk menanganinya.

Memang tak dapat dimungkiri bahwa guru berperan penting dalam memengaruhi karakter anak didiknya. Yang harus diingat, dalam kurun 24 jam, anak-anak ha- nya sekitar enam jam di bawah pengasuhan guru. Selebihnya anak-anak diasuh ”guru-guru lain”: televisi, internet, lingkungan, teman sebaya.

Penetrasi televisi dan internet demikian kuat. Pemerintah lupa dengan fungsinya memberi aturan yang jelas dan tegas dalam kaidah bagi dunia pertelevisian dan internet. Gambaran anakanak sekolah, pergaulan remaja dalam sinetron di televisi yang tidak berpijak pada akar budaya bangsa adalah salah satu bukti bahwa pemerintah gagal menjalankan fungsinya melindungi anak-anak dari hal-hal buruk.

Jika aturan tegas ditegakkan tanpa peduli terhadap kekuatan kekuasaan stasiun televisi, dalam skala minimal anak-anak dapat diselamatkan dari pengaruh buruk hiburan di televisi.

Lalu, pemerintah mewacanakan pendidikan antikorupsi di se- kolah dan akan jadi mata kuliah wajib di perguruan tinggi. Ini juga komedi pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan selalu mengajarkan sikap jujur kepada anak didiknya. Tak satu guru pun di muka bumi ini yang tak menanamkan kebaikan kepada anak didiknya. Saya sudah puluhan tahun sebagai guru. Anak didik saya yang masih usia SD adalah anak-anak yang lugu. Semua budi baik yang saya tanamkan kepada mereka dilaksa- nakan. Saya yakin di tingkat SMP, SMA, bahkan perguruan tinggi, hal-hal itu selalu ditanamkan.

Masalah timbul manakala mereka terjun di tengah-tengah masyarakat dengan ragam profesi. Ada yang menjadi polisi, jaksa, hakim, advokat, pengusaha, atau pegawai negeri. Jika ternyata ada di antara mereka yang berperilaku korup saat terjun di tengah masyarakat, solusinya bukan lewat pendidikan antikorupsi di sekolah dan bangku kuliah. Namun, lewat penegakan hukum yang jelas dan tegas kepada pelaku korupsi itu.

Buat aturan yang tegas, hukum berat koruptor, miskinkan koruptor, sita harta hasil korupsi adalah salah satu cara mengatasi korupsi. Ketika hukum sedemikian ramah kepada perilaku korup, jangan harap korupsi akan hilang dari bumi Indonesia meski anak didik dijejali dengan pendidikan antikorupsi. Jika para koruptor dijatuhi hukuman mati, maka tak usah dibentuk KPK. Tak ada gunanya kurikulum antikorupsi dalam situasi kekinian Indonesia.

Pendidikan itu soal hati. Yang paling penting adalah implementasi di lapangan. Di bangku kuliah mahasiswa diajari pendidikan antikorupsi, tetapi saat mereka hendak menjadi PNS, jaksa, hakim, polisi, semua harus lewat ”menyuap”. Bagi yang terjun sebagai pengusaha: untuk sukses mendapat proyek, juga lewat cara-cara korup dengan menyuap para pejabat. Logika Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan tidak nyambung dengan realitas di lapangan. Kalangan pendidik harus dilibatkan dan publik harus menguji keefektifan rencana itu.

Uji Kompetensi

Komedi pendidikan yang tidak lucu berikutnya adalah mengenai uji kompetensi guru (UKG) yang membuat jantung guru berdetak keras. Apa urgensi pemerintah melaksanakan UKG bagi guru yang sudah sertifikasi?

Pemerintah seolah-olah ragu dengan langkah yang dilakukan dalam program sertifikasi. Pemerintah sendiri yang menentukan parameter sertifikasi, panduan sertifikasi, mekanisme sertifikasi. Semua sudah berjalan lancar. Lalu pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan UKG setelah melihat tidak ada perubahan kompetensi guru antara sebelum dan sesudah sertifikasi. Komedinya tak lucu
